The field of application of the product and the most suitable surface treatment for the mould are indexed in advance. The designs are therefore also aligned with our machinery, enabling us to directly manufacture a prototype.
A mould can be directly machined from a single block of metal. However, a negative can be produced first, if required. The mould is then cast using the negative.
